What are the risk control rules of WhatsApp?
The limit on the number of group messages sent by WhatsApp accounts is mainly limited by the official risk control rules. The following seven aspects need to be considered:
1. The weight of the group message account, including the mobile phone card, IP, device, etc. used for registration, can be used to increase activity by maintaining the account;
2. Pay attention to the consistency between the group message account and the country of the target fans, and the consistency between the group message content and the language of the target fans;
3. Control the time interval and number of group messages. If the messages are sent too frequently, it is easy to be judged as robot marketing behavior by the system. It is generally recommended that each account send no more than 40 messages per day, and the message sending time interval should not be less than 5 minutes;
4. The group message data should be screened for activity, and invalid and inactive data should be screened out. It is best not to mix data from multiple countries for group messages;
5. Pay attention to the reply rate of group messages. If the message reply rate is too low and there is a lack of interactive chat with fans, it is easy to be judged as spam by the system;
6. Avoid sending marketing advertisements containing sensitive words. Once blocked or reported by users, it is also easy to be blocked by the official account;
7. Pay attention to the time when you send group messages, pay attention to the time difference with the target country, and try not to send group messages during the night time in the target country.
